If you are part of Metlife Legal Plan just move on and look elsewhere, as he won't accept your case, even if it's worth thousands of dollars like in my case without the dignity to tell you over the phone but just sending an email that clearly is a copy/paste from many others like me before. Edit post owner's reply: I'm happy to reconsider my position and this review, should I look for your services in the future. However, as things stand right now, I can't deny that the reply to my engaging email was very generic: a simple explanation as to why your office couldn't take my case would have gone a long way to earn my trust.

Our family had a great experience working with Chris. He is detail oriented and very patient with us. Chris is also very honest and helping us lay out the facts for us to make the best decision for our family. We will continue to use Chris as our legal advisor.

Believe what people are saying here. My experience is also consistent with other reviews: - Lack of interest in clients' cases: he refused to speak with me over the phone and instead limited his interaction via emails the whole time. He only cares about legal fees. - Rude behavior coupled with utter incompetence: this guy has serious issues with clarifying questions. Whenever I asked him a clarifying question, he gets very combative and unprofessional instead of actually responding to the questions asked. This shows insecurity revealing his lack of experience and knowledge in the field. You can even see evidence of this condescending behavior in his answers to bad clients' review here as well. - After consulting for over 4 months he told me to "find another counsel" as he cannot help me further. This was a complete waste of my time. This is primarily because he was in over his head and did not fully comprehend rudimentary legal procedure. I cannot recommend him in good conscience. You deserve better.
