Karen and I began working together on my son's custody case in January, 2024. I knew I had the right person when she was able to successfully move the custody hearing from Circuit Court to JDR Court where it should have been heard in the first place. Although, the Judge agreed there was a material change in circumstance concerning my son's living arrangement, she denied the request to have my son live with me claiming the distance between him and his mom would prevent a continued relationship with her.
