We had a change in our life situation and we needed a quality family attorney. We contacted Rick Collins and he called us back by the end of the day and we set up an office visit. He was thorough and professional and answered our questions without hesitation. His demeanor and his obvious knowledge of the subject was impressive. Our business was concluded within 10 days and all of our outstanding family issues were settled. Both Mr. Collins and Mr. Hyman have represented me on a matter and have been extremely polite and understanding. They have both listened to my concerns and thoughts and given the best and the most honest answer they could even if it maybe is not what I was hoping to hear. I don't believe in my opinion you could ask for a better team to represent you! Also Mrs. Brittany is absolutely amazing at getting back to me with answers to my questions and or concerns. Excellent customer service by Michael and Brittany. They answered every concerns I had and gave me detailed information about where they were in the process of my divorce. Brittany answered every email and she was so personable. I would recommend to my family and friends. Great team!

I assumed that I was getting a good lawyer to represent me and make my divorce fair for both parties. Mr. Collins seemed like he was not equipped to represent me and now I have one of the most one-sided divorce decrees my other lawyer has ever seen. I felt like he was getting taught how to talk, act and negotiate with the other lawyer. I don't know if he didn't care or wasn't aware of the financial strain, ruined credit, and no retirement check I know face. I did not get represented at all in my divorce proceedings. My initial assumption about him was totally wrong and now I am paying for this for the next ten years. Tell me how a person making less than 65k is now paying almost 3k in alimony for 15 years? I now know what and why this happened after four years but never would think it when I paid him over $2500 of money I didn't have to ensure I had a fair hearing. I would not ever recommend him to anyone I know if only he cared enough.
