Very disappointed with them. It has been a horrific experience and I am regretting paying $1,800.00 for their services. So many people taking info, but none of them obviously spoke with each other. I hated the fact that I had to file, but this company made my experience so far much worse. My vehicle was told that I needed it reaffirmed, but the did not listen and included it. Had to repeat my information several time and even I fo that went to the trustee was miss informed by them. If you want a smooth process when filling use someone else, or do it yourself and save $1,800.00
