Extremely disappointing experience.
I contacted Epperly & Follis seeking help with a serious insurance bad-faith case involving significant financial damages. Instead of receiving professionalism or proper guidance, I was met with impatience, poor customer service, and a dismissive attitude.
The person who called me seemed more interested in rushing the conversation than understanding my case. They quoted an extremely high fee just to look at my documents, without offering any clarity, confidence, or willingness to help. It genuinely felt like they were trying to push me away rather than evaluate my case properly.
As someone dealing with a complex claim and looking for real legal support, this was extremely disappointing. I expected respect, patience, and professionalism unfortunately, that was not what I received.
