Livingston and Walsh, PLLC provided amazing service. My court date was today and I walked out with a "Not Guilty plea" and the case was dismissed, It was my first time hiring a lawyer in my defense regarding traffic court. I hire them for a Fail to Yield ticket.. My lawyer was Eric Livingston, I appreciate his work ethic and how passionate he is about his job. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Mr. Livingston on 4 separate occasions for my son. The last time today. I will forever hire Mr. Livingston for any case that he can represent. He is a caring person and he knows how to handle his cases. My son was charged with reckless driving alcohol related and he entered a not guilty plea and my son walked out the courtroom not guilty! Anyone who has had bad outcomes it's not his fault. Sometimes you just can't get past a bad driving record or a criminal past. He can't produce miracles. Thank you again Mr. Livingston for all you have done for my son!

I chose Mr. Livingston as my attorney because I admired his background and service to our community and country as a veteran and police officer for decades. I would NOT recommend having Livingston and Walsh, PLLC (Location: 6650 Commons Drive, Suite A Prince George, VA 23875) represent you for anything. They have no interigerty and will tell you anything just to get your money. I received a ticket in the county of Isle of Wight and received a letter in the mail from Livingston and Walsh offering to take my case. I spoke with Kimberly Williams and she told me that she could guarantee that if I didn't receive more than five speeding tickets within the last five years she could have my ticket reduce to a less charge. She also said based off my driving record I sent her the judge would most likely drop the ticket. Everything she said was a big lie. I was better off just paying for my ticket upfront and not even hiring William Wash because the business did do anything but take my money. The on top of what I paid William Wash I was sentenced to pay 108.00 and court fines of 65.00. I will never use a law firm to represent me again. This company has put a bad taste in my mouth. If you receive a letter in the mail from William Walsh your best bet is to throw it in the trash and represent yourself.
