When I began looking for a personal injury lawyer, I assumed they all took on any kind of personal injury. No so. At Christina Pendleton & Associates I believe they specialized only in traffic accidents. I was pepper sprayed in the street while handing out political literature. Another major factor among all personal injury lawyers is this: will it bring in Big Bucks to the law firm? A handful crow about the millions they bring in for their clients (not to mention themselves). If you're looking to retain a personal injury lawyer, think about how much they have to gain from your case. That may considerably whittle down the number of prospective lawyers to interview.

Worst experience ever dealing with a law firm. Never any straight answers, I had 2 different paralegals and it's been over a year and no one could tell me what was going on. They never discussed my case with me and provided any details as to what what was taking place. The lack of professionalism from this firm is beyond belief. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone I know. If you're not going against a big insurance company don't waste your time like they did my time. No compassion for the victims they represent.

Every time I call this firm they always go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. If they are not able to assist I would get a referral which helps alot. I appreciate this type of service in a world filled with lack of interest in others and good customer service in many businesses today.
