I was stopped by Hampton PD on my way home from visiting family after work one day. I was pulled for no good reason and I was asked about drinking before driving (still in my post office uniform). Once the officer knew he couldn't get me for drinking (I hadn't had a drop and it was obvious) he ticketed me for yielding too long at a blinking red light at an intersection I had just passed. There was another vehicle approaching and I waited for them to stop completely before I went to go through the intersection. THAT is when I got pulled. I had heard from a friend that Robert Bruce Jones may be able to help and contacted him. He took the case and we went to court. Mr. Jones did a great job explaining to the judge why I shouldn't have been stopped to begin with and why I should not be held responsible for anything other than being a careful driver. After reviewing the pictures of the intersection that Mr. Jones provided and hearing his explanation of the events, the judge dismissed the case. I'm very thankful to Mr. Jones for listening to my side and for being able to relay it to the judge so well. I know I would not have been able to tell it the way he did. Thanks to Mr. Jones, my record remains clean and I would recommend him to anyone!

I was dealing with a domestic issue and found I was in contempt after failing to receive paperwork with scheduled court date. Mr. Jones assisted with my case and got the charges dismissed. He saved my tail and Ms. Monique is super sweet and a great help as well.

This attorney refuses to provide me with my paperwork to review. Acts as if he does not care at all about me or my case. Does not seem like he has the time, interest or inclination to assist me properly. Now I have to see how to file an ethics complaint because he refuses to turn over my court paperwork so I can identify witnesses to aid in my defense. I would rate 0 stars if possible.
