My poor mom has been calling and leaving messages for Mr Barrows to call her back still yet to receive a call back and the since last year and the assistant or the rude lady answering the phone acts like she can't give him a message bc leaving VMs are not working and she is no help and rude as hell the HOA here at Quail Hollow in Martinsville is breaking the bylaws and legal action needs to be taken immediately but apparently the attorney dosent want to do his job and handle this situation either we won't stop until legal action is taken and these people do their job!! Will start calling everyday until I get these answers poor customer service poor everything with this office in my opinion!!!
