I had Mark Earley Jr. represent me for a reckless driving ticket I received for an accident I was involved in. It was a single person accident where I wasn't speeding or swerving so it was a bit of an overcharge. Mr. Earley suspected this and was able to guide me and get the entire ticket dismissed. The paralegal, Julie, was also very helpful throughout the process. Would recommend them to anyone serious about getting something done and willing to also put in some effort.

RUN!! I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone. I chose them based on a flier I received (portraying Mr. Earley Sr. as a Christian/highly involved in charities etc) after a speeding/reckless driving ticket while trying to get my husband to an emergency room. Not only did I have medical records from the hospital, a written statement about what happened as well as taking a 12 hour driving course, I was repeatedly asked the same stupid questions as if NOT ONE PERSON in this firm had read a single document I sent! I informed them no less than 3 times I was driving a rental because we were out of town, but was asked numerous times if I could get an odometer statement. Each time I responded with an explanation and heard NOTHING. I even reached out to Mr. Earley SR. and never even received a response from him. In the end it was just as I suspected, no one ever read a single thing I sent and my ticket was still a speeding ticket after court. What a waste of money. If I didn't live in another state I could have fought this better myself!! These people are so jaded they don't even have the compassion to speak with or communicate with their clients.

Mr. Mark Earley oversaw a case that I had been charged with. He made more than enough effort to keep me informed throughout the process and up to the court date. A couple Lawyers I have used in the past couldn't be bothered to answer their phone, or any questions for sometimes months on end. I felt like he took my case seriously, and informed me of possible outcomes and what we could hope for as a result of the verdict. We came to a great conclusion all things considered, having much to do with the tasks I completed that he provided guidance with before court took place. If you want a lawyer who will listen to you and give you honest answers, you can't go wrong with Mr. Earley.

Spoke to Mr. Earley over the phone about my case. Instead of Mr. Earley, providing a clear legal consultation, he became condescending. He was extremely rude and insulting. It is unbelievable how you can call yourself serving anybody in congress. SMH

Disregard the negative reviews about this firm, they are top notch! I highly recommend the Earley Legal Group for your defense. My attorney was Mark Earley Jr. and he was exceptional. They also have great case management portal called My Case, which tracks your communications, uploads of required documents. His legal fee is nominal and absolutely worth every dollar!
