How are you an attorney? You don't communicate with your clients. Don't accept any calls, don't return calls. Just show up the day of court. How can you beat a case when you can't discuss your case with your attorney? Then sending out your personal information to the wrong address.

Been calling Mr Driskill for WEEKS since he's been assigned to my case. Haven't heard from him one time, been reaching out via phone and reported to his office... no where to be found. One star is still too much to rate this attorney. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Per request of my brother I retained Mr. Driskell And from day one he has proved his self he has stayed true to his word And done everything at a very fast rate. If you're looking for an affordable person with a great reputation and someone that sticks to their word he is your guy he will take his time and listen as well as work for you!! Money well spent!!! It means a lot that he keeps his word a lot of people don't but HE DOES!!!

He's horrible. He turned his back to my fiance while he was talking to him. He didn't do a good job representing him. He just seemed to not care. Not to mention he discussed one of my relatives case over the phone with me, i didn't ask for this information, he started the conversation. I was confused until i later found out he represented the other person in that case dealing with my relative. Maybe he was picking me for information. Whatever the case may be, he was horrible. And they dont return phone calls. You have to call 100 times in a row to get an answer. I wouldnt have him represent my dead dog!!!!

Great experience, He's super professional! Mr. Driskill helped me with my reckless driving ticket in VA . He got it reduced to a speeding ticket and no points. Highly recommended!
