He Barely put any effort in defending my son only saw my son at court for five minutes each time his lack of defense hurt his case

He doesn't answer his emails, doesn't return phone calls or voicemails, and is never in office. The people in his office say they have never seen him. I'm not sure if he exists. Update: Still no return call, plus he failed to appear and the case has been continued.

I'm sitting here reading the other reviews and now everything makes sense. There is definitely no communication. He represented my friend and they only spoke a handful of times over the course of almost 2 years . For someone that took the plea deal and was only supposed to get the max of four years but was sentenced 8 years is not ok. There comes a time you need to reevaluate your profession. This isnt a messed up food order........ This is someone's life. If you can represent and get the job done , pass it along!

Got him appointed as a guardian ad litem for my child have called numerous times left emails even went up to the office website says they're open office doors are locked and no one is there. I have not gotten a return phone call email or anything my court date is day after tomorrow.

My husband was appointed Mr.Stewart in sept of 2023 he had went to see him one time, and as others have said in previous review.. he DOES NOT return calls nor does he return emails and I have also gone to the office during business hours and everytime the doors were locked.. This is not business like an is ridiculous I reported him to board n they closed the case because he reported to them that he went and seen my husband his client.. he only went once. I have reported him again so let's see where this goes. Or how many more times I have to do it.. he's not a good lawyer at all doesn't need go be one.. I wud give him a 0 if I could... thanks for making me feel I'm not alone with what this lawyer is doing, and it is not right..
