We received a letter from the Commonwealth's attorney office - noting a delinquent payment for my son. The issue had already been addressed but made it through the administrative process. The only number provided to call was to the Rockingham General District court - we've called 12 times - during their working hours. They've never picked up. There's no opportunity to leave a message. The message says to call back. When I called the Commonwealth Attorney's office to let them know we can't get through - they understood - seemed to know it was an issue - but there was no solution - just needed to continue to call the number provided. We did - 10 more times - no one picked up. no recording allowed.
