Honestly, from how my consultation went, I doubted that I would be leaving such a negative review. I had high hopes and only because my mind was eased by the paralegal assistant of Mr. Monroe. I'd been accused of my first and only charge back in June on this year. I wasn't sure how to go about handling the situation or whether or not I even needed to/ wanted to hire a lawyer. I sat down for a consultation and still was a little on the fence about hiring. I was basically told that I would be hiring them to look into evidence. He actually called the offices where the evidence for my case was stored, on speaker and it was confirmed that the evidence we needed was in fact, available. With this information I felt comfortable enough to proceed with hiring them to take on my case. I felt confident about that. Those expectations quickly diminished as communication became very one sided. I called a time or two to check on the status of the video evidence only to be told that they were still waiting for it to come in. Fast forward to three days before my scheduled trial, they said they were never able to get the evidence. Even though he had called and confirmed in front of me. In my opinion, they got my money based of the false guarantee of what that phone call confirmed. I would have represented myself had I known these types of games and deceit would be the outcome of it all. They literally charged me a fee only to not retrieve the evidence that was confirmed as available to them. Very nice and polite staff, however, the outcome left me questioning whether or not the work for my case was actually put in. Had they forgotten about the confirmation phone call that was the basis of them getting hired or did they just want to collect their coin at my expense. That's how I feel and I would definitely not recommend them based on my personal experience.

Zero stars....horrible service took my money and called me harassing me about firing him demanded I tell him what attorney I hired and hung up on me....I got a better attorney graves the best in Harrisonburg. Please don't hire this attorney he will take your money and provide nothing I mean nothing

Mr Munro himself was a great attorney, His Assistant need to learn how to talk to people respect people and make not to try and belittle and make them feel like they don't know what they speaking on. .

I would recommend Mr Munro as an attorney to anyone. He helped me tremendously with my cases. Walked away with no time.
