It is my distinct pleasure to write this review about Lawyer Timothy Cupp who works at 1951 Evelyn Byrd Avenue in Harrisonburg Virginia and also from an office in Richmond Virginia.At the time he assisted me,he was a part of the team at the Law firm of Shelly ,Cupp Schulte,P.C. I had an employment issue in which I was severely unfairly treated by my employer to say the least.I was searching online for a Lawyer to assist me. I read different reviews about different Lawyers but what caught my eyes was a review of Lawyer Timothy Cupp that mentioned how caring and concern he was and one review even mentioned that he prayed with one of his client. I found this to be very true in my case also.n When we first spoke on the phone he was very transparent and professional which are very great qualities for any professional especially Lawyers to have and I certainly did not detect any hidden agenda. He was very kind, he told me the original price and he offered me a discount of which I will always be grateful. Throughout all our encounter he was very thorough and was quite an attentive listener. It was very evident that he had my interest at heart and that he was not just doing it, for selfish gain. He was very accessible, he or his office staff answered quite promptly and he always return my calls in a timely manner, if he was unable to speak with me at the time of my call. He gave me all the necessary advice. Close to the day of the hearing of my case, I suffered a broken ankle and was unable to drive, he being the kind and caring person he is, offered to pick me up and take me to the Hearing. I did not accept his offer because I have already made prior arrangement with my nephew who eventually took me to the hearing, but I will remain eternally grateful for his offer, and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist me during a difficult time in my life. The world is full of injustice and sometimes even when the evidence is very clear ,even to the point that a smart three year old child can figure out who is right, sometimes because of biases or should I say plain old BAD MIND, wickedness and of course real evil, the person who is clearly right may lose the case, as happened in my case but Lawyer Timothy Cupp did not quit, he appealed the case and to God be all the glory ,we eventually prevailed in a case that was very clear even to a child that it was high level of injustice done to me. Lawyer Timothy Cupp, did not stop there but he ensured that the company paid me every cent that was due to me. God is a God of justice. Unfortunately, injustice is very pervasive in our world ,because most people deviate from practicing Godly principles, hence the great need for great Lawyers like Timothy Cupp who will go above and beyond the call of duty to secure justice for their fellow men and women who have been bitten by the serious scourge of injustice. With all of the above said, time would fail me to, speak of how easy it was to talk with him, and his willingness and professionalism to know and accept his limitations as all humans should, so when I had another case, he referred me to another Lawyer whom he advice me would be more appropriate to handle that case. I therefore and with absolutely no reservation recommend Lawyer Timothy Cupp as the ideal Employment Lawyer to anyone who is in need of this kind of very honorable service. Elicia RN-BC.
