I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ms. Tyson. From the very beginning, communication was a major issue. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and trying to reach them via phone, my calls were rarely returned. When I did manage to get through, Ms. Tyson consistently struggled to remember who I was, which was both unprofessional and frustrating. Also, she would say, "let me take your number and I will call you right back." Weeks/months would go by and I would not hear anything. Moreover, I was never given critical information that was vital to my case. Ironically, the paralegal, who no longer works there, was far more knowledgeable and attentive. Due to this negligence, I had to seek help from another lawyer just two days before my court date, leading to unnecessary stress and additional expenses. The lack of attention and professionalism in handling my case was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend Ms. Tyson to anyone seeking competent legal representation.

First day I walked into this place, I was hesitant. Her receptionist/paper handler was more in tune with my husband case then Tyson herself. She seemed clueless and lost. First day of court, she was late, Second appearance of court, 1 hour and 15 mins late. I called and left messages and it took forever for her to call back. I went to her office and reception guy acts as if he didn't know why she haven't called back and stated, he will let her know. What took the cake for me was, when she finally calls back to discuss why she no longer will take the case, I actually heard her receptionist coaching her what to say in background. I'm disgusted! Took my money and no good outcome! Very unprofessional! God bless them people, because the route they going, businesses like that usually go to shreds. Then, had the audacity to tell me, I'm gone pray for you! I'm gone pray for your establishment to, because y'all need it to in that office

Attorney Tyson is a very thorough and professional counsel. She is highly knowledgeable and strategic. I highly recommend her services. She and her team are the best in our Hampton Roads area.
