Most recently I required a service of a Lawyer and I chose Daniel Turczan. I found him to be respectful and thoughtful, while taking the time to answer any concerns I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone, because I was extremely pleased with his service.

Barry was a Godsend for me during my child custody challenges/dispute. He and his team were always tactful and provided practical ways to support me during this process. Mr. Waldman's empathy during the entire process made me feel supported and heard. He saved me from myself on more than one occasion, particularly when emotions got the best of me during the arduous legal process. He was calm during my storm. His guidance and strategy were explained clearly to me, and he fought for my interest. I really appreciate his guidance and sound advice. Mr. Walman kept defense focused and would not back down. I just want to say from the first phone call speaking with Tyler for a period of time and him explaining everything in great detail for a uncontested divorce after 28 years of marriage. I explained that both parties were on the same page and there was no reason to argue or fight. The next day after speaking to my soon to be ex husband we both agreed we could do an uncontested divorce to save both parties $$$ and truly the only ones making out are the attorneys. I then hired Mr Daniel Turszan Esq and pretty much had everything ready to go for him to save all parties time with back and forth. I emailed him and talked with him on numerous occasions and never felt rushed at any point in fact he wanted to make sure I understood each and everything since we were married for 28 years what I was entitled to. His office staff is very pleasant and I finally got to meet Mr Turszan this morning while both my husband and I signed our papers and he would make it easy for the filing process at the courthouse. I highly recommend this firm. Thank you all again for a great experience.

Stay away, at least from Daniel Turczan! I had a terrible experience with him. From his nasty attitude to his condescending treatment, I couldn't take it anymore. I got out as soon as I could, and found another attorney. I tried to speak with Mr. Waldman, but never got a phone call back. Mr. Turczan was definitely not looking out for my best interest. Everything I asked about doing he shot me down and told me it would never happen. When I asked whether or not I would get back child support because we will waiting months for a date, he replied, yes, with an attitude, as if he was the one paying the support. When he presented me with an offer from opposing counsel, I responded with a flat out no, and went on to explain why I was not agreeing to the terms. At that time Mr Turczan interrupted me, and says no reason to be combative with me. I also tried to tell him that my ex was lying about his income, but he was not interested in pursuing discovery. When I asked about putting stipulations in the custody agreement about the ex not drinking around our child, he told me no judge would grant that. Interesting thing is, I found a new attorney, an awesome attorney and she was able to get it done. After I fired Mr Turczan he decided to take it upon himself to what he claims is "review my file" before giving it over to my new attorney at which time he charged me another $250! Such bs!!
