I am satisfied with the way Mr. Hennessy and his team handled my case. Mr. Hennessy is very intelligent and knowledgeable in the area of employment law. His assistant Margaret was very friendly and helpful too. Mr. Hennessy was honest and I could trust him. He evaluated my case and provided an extensive initial analysis for free while other attorneys charged a lot of money for a basic initial consultation. My case was fairly straight forward and Mr. Hennessy achieved great results for me. Also, his rates were very reasonable, so I am glad I hired him.

My husband hired this firm to take his case. Looking at the way he worded it. He didn't write what happened he just was all over the place. After reading the complaint he left out lots of what was going on.He doesn't listen. The case was closed. He told him to suit the company not the individual because he worked for the company not the coworkers. Do not hire him because you will not win. He is not knowledgeable in law suits. Have a BIG MOUTH but no action.

Tom Hennessy is a great lawyer. He has helped me out on various cases and his knowledge on legal topics is tremendous. He always takes his time to explain every detail of the case to me in a clear and concise manner and has always answered my questions promptly. His prices are also very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.

Tom Hennessy is the best attorney if you want to lose your case. Tom will lie, and rarely return phone calls he will curse at you and blame you for his incompetence as an attorney. If you want a qualified idiot to ruin your case then use Tom Hennessy. He's a bumbling bird-brain.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT bother contacting this "attorney". I made the same mistake as other reviewers-I contacted Thomas Hennessy and thought he would be okay for what I needed. After an initial conversation with his desk staff (she is friendly and should look for work elsewhere) was set up with a call with Mr. Hennessy. Five min prior to the call time, she called me and stated she needed to collect a fee from me. I hadn't been informed of this fee prior so I questioned it. She connected me with Mr. Hennessy who explained the fee and stated he would like to discuss the case in more detail first-and set up a time for 2 days later. He requested information to be emailed. When the call day/time came-crickets. I waited 35 min and then called the office. He answered the phone and stated he had a long day and wasnt ready to speak with me. He made an appointment for 2 days later and stated harshly "I will initiate the call". Today marks 5 days AFTER that phone meeting and as of today-I haven't heard from Mr. Hennessy or anyone at this firm. He took my information then decided not to call at our specified time, or to explain himself at all. I didn't bother calling him, as I have contacted and hired other counsel. This is a very harsh speaking, conceited man who does not "work for his clients" as an attorney should. Do not waste your time contacting this office.
