After doing significant research, I engaged Dan and Dave to assist me with a very complicated and contentious family matter. It was the best decision I could've made. They are a small team that operates with the sophistication of a large firm. More importantly, both of them provided the responsiveness and attention to detail that you can only find with a smaller firm. At every step of a convoluted legal process, I felt like I had the "A Team" on my side which gave me the confidence to persevere in a very challenging personal situation. The outcome they helped me achieve was beyond my expectations, it was a veritable "home run"! David represented us in a title dispute and I can't say enough good things about him. He kept us in the loop at every step of the process, and put us at ease about the case as a whole. We were really happy with how he handled our case. While I hope to never need him again - if I needed anything title related again he'd be my first call.

I was notified by a company out of california i had a substantial surplus from a forclosure. I went ahead and hired them to handle this process and long story short after a year of waiting they told me they could no longer represent me and I would need to find another way or do it myself. Wow. Dan is absolutely terrific. After 50 years in the commercial world as a banker and lawyer, I have had experience with hundreds of lawyers. A few were bad. Most were fine.
