I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Julie Heiden, Nancy Thach and their supportive team. My case was not cut and dry, had many extenuating circumstances and presented obstacles that would not be easy to overcome. This being said, Julie took on my case and displayed her obvious talents and experience in representing me. This is the worst office you can get service from. I had a case that had been sitting on her table for over 3 months and no even a single phone call was made to update me about my case. During the periof of 3 I had to call their office many times and write an email, the lawyer failed to respond to even one request of case status. The office assistant is basically clueless and all you will hear is "I dont know, Mrs. Julie is out of the office". Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer who is going to fight on your behalh not the other way around where you have to chase this office to do your work that are supposed to. Truly disappointing service.

Cowardly approach to serving process; leaving documents to be mailed and left out in severe weather elements by irresponsible parties for "x" days at a time. Doesn't even look for a correct address, just sends official documents to anywhere...Sloppy attorney and not worth your time
