I was very lucky to find the Avery Firm. I had struggled greatly with a previous lawyer for almost a year with nothing good happening. After a glowing recommendation from a friend, I contacted Mr. Avery and had a face to face meeting with him the next day. Within a few weeks I had the settlement I was looking for...100% credit to Michael Avery. He researched my case, my options and quickly presented my case to the opposing attorneys. In our very FIRST conference with the opposition's legal team, we reached a settlement. A settlement that allowed me to positively move on with my life. His tenacity, dedication to the client and his presence (which clearly intimidated the opposing lawyers), clearly was the difference. 5 years ago, I hired a biographer for my wedding. After the wedding never heard back from him and lost my video. But Mr. Avery was able to find the biographer, get some of the money I paid and able to get some of the video of my wedding day. Thank you so much Mr. Avery to recover the memories of my wedding!!

One of the kindest and most caring law firms in the area. they helped me out on three different occasions. Twice for traffic tickets, both of which he successfully brought down from the original charges. Once for a car accident that i was injured in. They'll take care of you suggesting several practices around town to help tend to your injures and make you feel better. He'll aggressively tend to your case and make sure everything comes out in your favor. Once he is able to reach an agreement with the insurance company you'll be very satisfied with the end result. I file my accident case with this office. The accident happened on Feb 2014. For past 2 years and half this is the 3 time they are saying the lawyer who works on my case has been changed. Because the process took so long I decided to settle my case with out going to trial. and now since April I am waiting to receive my payment. I don't recommend this legal office to anyone.
