Disappointed After a Previously Positive Experience I worked with Russ Watson about two years ago and was very happy with the help I received at that time. He handled my case well, and I was grateful for his support. Based on that experience, I reached out to him recently for help with a new matter. When we spoke, he said he was willing to assist and asked me to email him all the necessary information. I sent everything he requested promptly, but I've now been waiting over a month without any response. I sent 2 more emails to Russ checking in but no response. I followed up with a phone call to his office, and they told me he would get back to me but I never heard from him again. I'm really disappointed by this lack of communication and follow through. I understand things can get busy, but being completely ignored after being told he'd help is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better, especially given our positive history.
