Being first time home owners we had so many questions and of course the craziest issues (like seller falling through the attic onto the garage door the day before closing) and she handled it ALL, even escrow account to fix that garage door! We are just now through unpacking boxes from our cross country move (thanks military) so I can take a second to share what an easy experience it was to sell my house with Springer Law Group as my closing attorney. Kedron and her team were responsive and truly represented me as a client. There were some back and forth issues with my buyer that could have gone south had Ms Springer not made it clear what the process and expectations were, to my benefit. Also, our closing ended up being delayed (buyer issues) such that we would be closing after we had already moved and left the area. Not a problem! Ms Springer took the time to explain exactly what paperwork would be needed, what we would expect throughout the process and how we could manage it from out of the area. The stress relief of not having to worry about the house sale because I knew she had it handled let me focus on the million and one other things I needed to do during our move. Selling or buying a house is a stressful process, there are always some hiccups. As a military family, we were glad to work with someone who was forthright, honest, ethical and thorough. 10/10 I would use Ms Springer and her firm again.
