Highly recommend Andrew. He has been my lawyer for 3 years now. He has been amazing and responsive. He handles business and is always honest with me. My husband also used him in a child custody case and Andrew was the best. The worst. My wife submitted a 2-year Protective Order. I hired Andrew Offman. He left me thoroughly unprepared and discouraged me from fighting, saying the judge would get pissed at being bothered. He felt triumphant at "bargaining" the P.O. down to 1-year. When up for renewal recently, a judge threw it out, as baseless. After I switched to competent counsel, I requested my payment be reimbursed. Of course, to no avail. There's probably better counsel in the firm, but Offman's work made a miserable situation that much worse.

I have had the utmost amazing privilege of working with Megan Flowers. Post a divorce and co-parenting beautifully for 6 years, our situation changed and were in the midst of a sudden custody need. Megan was not only willing to take on what seemed like a simple case and quickly escalated into an intense, time sensitive, and demanding child custody case. She was up front about time, reasonable with costs, and wasn't focused on the money; she was focused on the best interests of my children with whatever measures were needed. She worked diligently to ensure all needs were met with my children and I. She maintained an intimate and strong communication approach to ensure every step was thoroughly explained and asked my wishes to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. She has a very personal approach which is of the utmost importance. She relayed the TRUTH in court which exemplifies her own values with trust and honesty. She presented facts, put in much time and research, and relayed everything to me as it unfolded along the way. This, as expected, was not an easy process, but Megan deserves so much credit for all of the support and counseling to keep me uplifted throughout this process. She worked closely with our amazing GAL to ensure my children's best interests were addressed and due to the sensitive nature of the case, not subjecting them to anything unnecessary. She was willing to meet with me via zoom as I live quite a distance away and was more than accommodating with gaining all details quickly. Megan has extensive knowledge of laws, and she can quickly address any new and forthcoming information thrown at her with grace. She is impressive and I would hands down refer her to anyone I know for Family Law. I was extremely comfortable during this process as she was well prepared, confident, and invested. I really cannot explain how grateful and thankful I am for Megan with Tremblay & Smith. We have established a trusting relationship and I know that I can depend on her and her litigation values and expertise should I ever need her assistance in the future.
