So so appreciative of Ty! We rented out our home and our tenants took advantage of us at every turn, most notably by failing to pay any rent for months on end and routinely continuing the case in court. Ty handled our case efficiently and professionally and fought to make sure we got what we deserved - and got our negligent tenants evicted. While I truly hope we never have to go through this process again, I know that we would call Ty in a heartbeat if so. Anti-woman firm that threatened me on behalf of a male client I needed to protect myself from with a restraining order issued to me by the City of Charlottesville. Barnhart himself hand delivered a letter informing me I would be sued if I did not drop the order. This is not possible as protective orders fall under the purview of judicial privilege and one cannot be sued for obtaining such an order. In short, the act was a bluff in effort to intimidate me in a situation where I was already afraid. I did not drop my order and was not sued for keeping it.

Grisham & Barnhardt, PLLC and their paralegal worked as closing agents for the seller. I represented the buyers as their realtor. G&B were terrific and there were zero problems.
