Client Testimonials

Client

I had a great experience working with Mr. Will Rasnic. He was professional, responsive, and truly cared about my case. He walked me through every step and helped ease a lot of the stress that came with the process. Thanks to his guidance, I felt confident and well-prepared. Highly recommend his services to anyone needing strong legal support.

Client

Robert Ward was the attorney representing the insurance company in a lawsuit I filed related to an accident where the other driver was at fault and I sustained injuries. He was incredibly arrogant, constantly objecting and trying to testify for me on questions he asked. Once I was granted a judgment he received the check from the insurance company on 12/11/2024 and supposedly mailed it, but it somehow got lost in the mail. He received another check from the insurance company on 12/20/2024 and was supposed to overnight it to my attorney's office. Instead he shipped it priority mail and it still hasn't arrived. I was aware he was an incompetent and arrogant attorney, but one would think that even at his age he could figure out the postal system.

Client

Beth Skinner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic courtesy and made the entire telephone experience unpleasant. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for a respectful attorney.

Client

★★

Would not recommend. Got assigned William as a court appointed attorney and he treated it like he was a court appointed attorney. Requested evidence and witnesses and when I would come up with evidence and witnesses. He would be completely uninvolved and would do little to nothing with the information or information sources given to him. Never once did I feel confident in my defense. Once I even sent him evidence said he received it then didn't tell me till court he never received it. But of course it wouldn't have mattered. Because none of it mattered. Fairly confident the man could get you time on a speeding ticket. And the best part of all when a member of the court made a mistake and I wanted them prosecuted. He told me he couldn't do anything about that. I said ok. He then proceeded to not shut up about it keep trying to minimize situation till when I told him no I want it dealt with because their actions illegal (still accepting he was not the medium to proceed with this) he quit. Leaving me 4 months in with nearly nothing as a defense. And leaving me no options but to take a deal on something I didn't do. Giving credit where credit was due. It was a good deal. And if I would have done this I'd been happy with the outcome. But that's not why I was disappointed in the services. I was disappointed because if I went to trial my defense was toothless and to be honest he couldn't have listed 3 pieces of evidence I gave him.
