They want to do everything except fix the problem ended up being referred to another surgeon who recommended out of the gate that I have a full shoulder replacement at the age of 46. Unless you are happy with having something halfway done, I would not go here was expected to suffer with severe arthritis for another 10 or 20 years instead of just giving me a shoulder replacement. I will never go back here.

I had a follow up appt. after my MRI. Arrived 10 minutes early as required. Nurse came after about 20 minutes. Put me in a room & I saw no one. I waited another hour /& finally left. The lovely receptionist was so apologetic. All it would have taken was a heads up from the nurse that they were running late. I guess they think my time is as valuable as their's . Needless to say I did not reschedule. Very disappointed !

i went to two different places for help with my wrist and neither had an x-ray machine. Everyone at Ortho Virginia was so nice and caring. Even though I was a walk-in the service was fantastic. I didn't even have to pay for parking!

The 2nd doctor I had was good and didn't push me to surgery. I did not have a great experience with the nurse who worked for him saying she was doing things to get paperwork when in fact she was not. The main reason for giving 2 stars was that I was charged $700 for a physical therapy appointment. The billing is ridiculous in that what you pay at the office is never accurately listed on your bill and what I was told I was going to pay each time in the end, ended up being much more than I was told. The icing on the cake was a $700 bill for therapy after my cast was taken off. I was given a discount for being a cash patient which was still more than I have ever paid for physical therapy in my life. I know a lot of it is the system in America but clearly there is a lack of transparency and ease of understanding in billing and the prices are very expensive.

Dr. Bryce Byrd and staff are excellent. The Ortho Virginia billing office is horrible. I've been having to fight for two months to get them to refund my insurance HRA to the tune of $432. I've made multiple phone calls and get no action. Unacceptable
