So I had a personal injury case after a car accident that I took to a lawyer. Nearly 2 years later that lawyer resolved nothing and told me he couldn't finish my case (long STUPID story). I found myself scrambling for a new lawyer to take on the case before the statute of limitations ran out. I found Michael Hollingsworth and OMG. I talked with him and told him my story and did the paperwork to hire him on a Friday. By Monday basically everything was done. After that we just waited for the other side to accept the offer for settlement (and I know you want to know, he got me the best settlement). Everything was done online which was great because I was/am at home recovering from surgery. He is super responsive and explained everything I needed to know. I never even met this man but if I do one day I want to give him a hug. You hire a lawyer and trust them with important business and hope that they will make your life easier by handing the nitty gritty. The first lawyer just made my life more difficult and stressed me out even more, but Hollingsworth was amazing. He really did make my life easier. And I just can't believe how he did everything so quickly when the other guy did nothing in two years. The lesson here is don't be nice, don't take excuses and don't get pushed around. If your lawyer isn't working for you then find a different one. I should have taken matters into my own hands earlier. Hollingsworth main thing is medical malpractice and sexual abuse cases but if I ever need a lawyer again (let's hope not), I don't care what it's for, I'm going to go back to him and hopefully he accepts the job! My only regret is not seeing him live in a courtroom!

In my most difficult time in life, I had the pleasure of working with Mike! He was there in court like biblical David battling Goliaths( yes, plural)!! He had come totally prepared and I'll never forget the work that he and his group did to get me to where I am today. He fights for you with love, compassion and intellect! My pain of my loss will never disappear but I do know that I received more justice than I could have with anyone else by working with Mike and his team members!! I'm forever grateful!!

I can't begin to say enough about Mr. Hollingsworth and the great job he did in representing my daughter over a youthful indiscretion that could have haunted her the rest of her life if it weren't for him. First off, Mr. Hollingsworth did an excellent job of letting us know what we were up against and was very honest in regards to the uphill battle we were facing. He clearly explained the documentation we needed to obtain in order to help explain to the court the mitigating circumstances and what steps my daughter needed to take in order to show the court that she was trying to atone for her mistake. Don't let Mr. Hollingsworth's calm, relaxed and personable demeanor fool you: he will fight very hard and relentlessly for his clients. During the 90 minutes we were in court prior to the trial, unlike other attorneys who were looking at their cell phones, Mr. Hollingsworth was in negotiations with the prosecutor, talking with the sheriff and conferring with other attorneys in order to find the best strategy to deal with the prosecutor that didn't like pleas and our fair but tough judge. In the end, we got the best possible outcome because: 1) Mr. Hollingsworth was well prepared; 2) Was able to pivot during the day of trial in order to present our case in the best possible light given the prosecutor and judge we wound up with; 3) We were prepared due to his guidance. After the trial, Mr. Hollingsworth took the time to meet with my daughter to help her sort through what happened at the trial and to inform her of possible outcomes should she have any more"youthful indiscretions." Knock on wood, I hopefully will never need Mr. Hollingsworth's services again but for anyone who is facing a criminal situation who needs a calm reassuring lawyer who will be upfront and honest about the chances for success and will fight tirelessly to get the best outcome, then I would recommend Michael Hollingsworth!

Mr. Hollingsworth is a awesome Attorney, I chose him to represent me due to his reputation in Northern Virginia and he definitely lived up to that.
