I have never witnessed worse customer service than I have at this office. You receive very little to no help or guidance once they have taken your money. My friend hired them for a case and it's been a nightmare ever since and I had to redirect her to another attorney. Not to mention, the office staff member, April is extremely rude. I've even reached out on her behalf in request to personal items that were not delivered correctly. If looking for an attorney, I'd advise else where.

Save your time and choose someone else. I literally never got to speak to any attorney after 2 weeks. I started getting notices for court date that were a week away. I contacted someone and was sent a bill. Nobody still reached out . Nobody discussed the case. I literally talked to no one but got a 5,000 bill... I have been told that I should contact the State Bar. ** I have added this on after she responded below , which took her 3 months to do that . Not only now is she a liar , I have took screenshots of what she replied to . At no time did I say I did not have any money, through the ONE EMAIL COMMUNICATION, which ended up being a bill for $5,000. I literally stated I was not paying for something when I have not spoken to an actual attorney . I'm also going to check into the legality of having her father-in-law do legal work because he was the only person I ever spoke to. I have recorded conversations of him dispensing legal advice, on her behalf. He has no legal degree . He is no attorney. I'm quite sure that's against the law. I'm quite sure she would be held liable for allowing her father-in-law to pose as an attorney and give advice . I was going to let this go, but considering she wants to lie , fight it out with the Bar Association. All of these poor reviews do not lie . Again , I reiterate take your money elsewhere.

I first retained Kimberly Haugh for custody in the early 2000s. She was essential in getting my family the peace, comfort, knowledge, and resolution we needed to move forward. A few years ago, my husband and I employed her office for our wills, my sons custody and divorce in 2022-23, and another sons divorce and traffic violation in 2024. Kimberly Haugh is very knowledgeable, diligent, straightforward, and cares deeply about the people and community she serves. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking counsel, for any reason.

I definitely would not hire this law firm. I had a friend who had got in some trouble. We choose to call around from a different town than she lived in. We called Ms. Haugh office and choose to go with her after talking with her. I had zero issue with paying her $100 consultation fee and than paid a retainer fee of $2000. Ms. Haugh was always hard to get ahold of and the people who answered the phones for her never had any answer to anything. Ms. Haugh had supposedly negotiated a deal with the commonwealth for her to serve less time than they were trying to give her and she was ok with it just to get it over with. My friend had court on the 28th of August and decided to go to court without Ms. Haugh because she wanted another $500 and it was suppose to be a done deal. Well not only was it either not a done deal or the commonwealth choose to pull some shady stuff. She got alot more time than what was said. I have called all this week and keep getting excuse after excuse on why I can't get a straight answer. The lady who answer the phone yesterday (Sept 6th) said Ms Haugh has been in all day but it amazes me that there are things we all use and it's a phone. I know it's not hard to call her to get a answer but instead of doing that she was down right rude. So far this whole firm has been unprofessional but not returning any calls. I surely hope that the deal didn't get pulled because she choose to not pay Ms. Haugh and if she knew it was going to get pulled than shame on Ms. Haugh for not saying anything to her client at the time. Lastly, I want to be clear i have told April several times I was willing to pay for there time to tell me why the deal didn't go through even though April clearly has told me Ms Haugh said the deal is what she got.

I must have asked to many questions about my Divorce & she took a month or so to return my calls Not very prosefinall. I was so scared with the Divorce & what was going to happen to me after 30 yrs of marriage she never addressed the issuse of my ex husband or buy our of our home. Had to hire another Atty from Pulaski VA he got the divorce finalized but still didn't fight for my rights Mr. Michael Reiss when I hired him he was A group of Attorneys in Pulaski on Main St 6 months later he ventured out on his own & was involved with some political issues in the town of Pulaski & was arrested for doing something wrong. Never heard from him again in 2023 so sad how Attorneys can rob you blind for there own benefit?
