I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience working with Mark Kolter. He was very dismissive, a bad communicator, and did not thoroughly review medical documentation in order to prepare me for my IME. He recommended things that were useless and expensive multiple times, instead of recommending helpful actions. I could not rely on him at all to effectively navigate this process. He couldn't keep his cases straight and was always forgetting details and getting things mixed up. When I tried to address these issues in a matter-of-fact way, he attacked my character by calling me a rude angry person and dumped me as a client instead of admitting to and trying to correct his mistakes. I recommend avoiding this firm, and especially Mark, at all costs.
