I recently used the services of Nichole Peck McPhee and found her to be attentive and professional. She carefully listened to my needs and concerns and answered all questions I had, but also asked me questions to make sure I had thought of any and all possibilities. In doing so I'm confident that my estate planning is all in order which gives me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend her and it was a pleasure meeting her.

Nicole was excellent to work with! She was very professional And personable as well! During the time we were working on my estate planning, one of my friends needed help With some of her estate planning in a hurry, and she was able to take care of that very quickly for her. I was very impressed by her service! One of the things I loved about her was she was very quick to return emails with questions or concerns as well as getting the work done! Plus, she was really nice in person and was able to do some of our work on Zoom, which was much easier for me.

Nicole was amazing to work with. She helped simplify complex topics for us while ensuring she fully understood our situation so that she could best advise us. She made the entire process very simple / low stress for us for a very fair fee. We would highly recommend Nicole.

I came to Nicole with an old trust someone else had put together, that I thought I just needed an amendment for. She let me know the flaws in the original trust and suggested a complete restatement of the trust. I agreed and now have a trust that I feel is much better written and appropriate for my particular situation. Although I already had a trust there was still so much I didn't understand about the legal language. Nicole answered all my questions, even when I asked them over again for clarification. Properly putting together a trust is not an easy thing and there are so many details that only a trust lawyer would know about including. I feel she did an excellent job restating my trust and I feel I now have a good understanding of it. And if I still have a question - I just need to ask her.
