I called Monge & Associates & thank goodness that I received excellent customer service. I spoke with Elly and she is Awesome! She was able to take down my information & after a quick review they were able to take my case. She was extremely knowledgeable, informative, efficient & transparent about the whole process. She also connected me to another attorney that will be handling a different case. Thank goodness that I wasn't spoken to as if I was "bothering" them as I have been spoken to with several other law offices. When you are already going through so much, the last thing you need is someone making you feel worse. Elly represents Monge & Associates very well and I feel super confident that they will do everything they can for me.

Upon submitting a request online, I was immediately contacted by Morgan at the firm and she was amazing to deal with on the phone getting everything set up for my case. She's pleasant and professional and thorough and easy to talk to. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease which was incredibly important due to the stress and anxiety that I have already been incurring as the result of a motor vehicle accident and dealing with the other drivers insurance. Do not hesitate to contact this firm in my personal opinion to work with Morgan and to get set up!
