I used Morgan and Morgan to handle my appeal on an disability claim and they literally did nothing but send me forms to have my doctors fill out. My case manager changed without anybody notifying me. I had no contact number, just an email for my case manager and after 2 weeks of not hearing from her (after sending important documents related to my case) I ended up calling the main line. What a joke- that's when I found out I had a completely different case manager and I was given her main line as well as email. I called and left 2 messages and didn't here back the entire week. I was forced to call the main line yet again where I was able to speak with someone about the lack of communication and only then did my case manager end up calling me later that day. My appeal was denied, shocker. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
