At first I had hired Palmer because of all the ads I had seen. Unfortunately, he would hardly review my evidence and assumed I was guilty. I cannot say enough about the way Mr. Fisher handled my case. I started out with another attorney, Billy Palmer from Palmer litigation. After paying a large retainer fee, I had one conversation with him. That was the conversation where he came to jail and had me sign his paperwork before my bail hearing. Not another word. After several weeks of no contact from him, and not answering any of my calls I contacted his office and told them that I do not want him to represent me anymore. Later that day he called me back and spoke to me for quite some time asking me why I did not want to retain him anymore, desperately trying to plead his case for me to continue with his representation. I was charged a great amount of money for what he said was him going through discovery. When in all actuality he told me the reason he hadn't contacted me because he had not been able to go through discovery because he had just received it and had been very busy. So I was charged for him to go through my discovery which he stated himself he had not had the time to do so. So I did a little more research and came in contact with Fisher litigation.
