Our situation was tricky and took a ton of work and attention to detail, it was nuts! Gretchen worked tirelessly to get everything handled and it was smooth and went relatively quickly. She kept us apprised of everything that was happening. She was very responsive-even answering my emails on weekends-and Russ always got us answers quickly.
