He and his assistant were incredibly supportive and professional throughout the entire process, and they successfully got my case lowered substantially which is something I truly didn't think was possible. I would not recommend Kevin Vanderwerf as legal representation. Throughout my case, I experienced a consistent lack of professionalism, communication, and trust. It often felt that he and his team were only responsive when it came to payment matters, while leaving me uninformed about critical case updates. On multiple occasions, I was not made aware of important details until the day before court. During one phone call, Mr. Vanderwerf repeatedly cut me off when I tried to ask questions, which made it difficult to understand what was happening. My boyfriend was present to help me follow the conversation, but when Mr. Vanderwerf realized this, he became upset and abruptly hung up the night before court without explaining what to expect the following day. I found the lack of respect and willingness to advocate for me extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not work with him again or recommend his services.
