I became executor of my late uncle's estate in Arizona in June of 2025. In sorting through his affairs, I located paperwork from a law firm in Utah concerning shares from my late aunt's estate. My uncle had initiated the process of transferring her shares, but had not completed it before his own passing. It seemed logical to work with the same attorney my uncle had already been working with. After two months of chasing this person with no response, I found Dean Smith on Yelp.
