Jared L. Peterson

My mother had an appointment that she made1 month ago for trust and will planning. My sister traveled from Nevada and I from Tooele for it. We arrived on time but the door was locked! We knocked and a woman was there. We told her we have an appt but she said Jared was at trial. She acted like we were annoying her. I explained we had traveled for this appt. She just stared at us. I asked if she would check to make sure we had the right date. She acted very put off now but complied. She then confirmed the appointment was that day and at our time of arrival. Then shrugged her shoulders and mumbled lamely, "He was supposed to call you". She acted like she couldn't care less about us being totally disregarded. No apology, no attempt to make things right, no attempt to even reschedule, AND Jared never even called to apologize either. Unfortunately I had not read his reviews before, but now I feel like we dodged a bullet!

Jared is the most amazing man I have ever had the privilege of knowing. His attorney skills are 5 star for sure and his office staff is always there to help. I was in a horrible situation and this man went above and beyond to help my son and I.. He is the most honest Christ like man I know.. if it weren't for this man as an individual and not just an attorney I likely would not literally be alive today. There's no other way to describe him but truly amazing with a heart full of empathy and compassion for others.

If I could give no stars I would. Jared is so unethical and shady. We have asked and asked for copies of documents and specifically to have a document revoked after some family circumstances have changed and he is refusing to provide any help. We have practically begged for help and he wants nothing to do with it. We are the paying client and working with Jared has been the most frustrating experience. Do you homework, ask a lot of questions, and read reviews! Save yourself a potential heartache by working with Jared!

Jared is good lawyer he's young and very assertive, he takes the time to explain things to you about the law he's very nice and helpful. I took a contract over to him and he went through it with me and made a lot of changes for my benefit he was way cool about the whole thing, great guy.

Jared helped us revise our family trust. He is very knowledgeable and helped us think through our specific issues. He listens well and is very pleasant to work with.
