We needed help fast with a badly broken finger. But internal communication within this office was such that the doctor does t seem to have even the ER x-rays in a timely manner. We had to leave Utah early and go back home to Vermont for treatment. That said, the office staff was kind as we called multiple times to try to facilitate the communication. They may just be too busy to help people in emergency situations.
We had a great experience here. We didn't wait long at all- and the doctor came in very quickly to meet with us. He was very thorough, and helped me look at solutions from several angles. I was impressed that at the end of the appointment after we had finished discussing the issue, he sat back and said, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Then he just waited in case I had any other questions. Fantastic bedside manner and customer service!
I have been seeing Dr Johnson for over a year for Osteoporosis in both of my hands. He is friendly and has a great sense of humor, making you feel welcome. He does not talk down to you, rush you or push you into decisions. He provides needed information about treatments, surgery, etc., then answers questions patiently allowing you to make an informed decision on your future. I sincerely enjoy my visits (no long waits, either), with the exception of those fun cortisone shots. . I'm considering surgery on both hands now, and I wouldn't want to have it done by anyone else. It was a great experience from start to finish ! The staff was efficient and friendly, the attending nurse was very happy and jovial, make me feel better just being around her . She was also very gentle when doing the X-rays , and I appreciated that . Dr Johnson was awesome , was very informative and very sensitive to my concerns and needs . He explained my pain and was able to give me options, which I appreciated very much . GREAT EXPERIENCE
Excellent care! Very well run office, I always got in and out really fast but knew we thoroughly covered everything too. I had cubital tunnel and carpal tunnel surgery on the same arm at the same time and the recovery has been really great. Even the scars are surprisingly minimal. The follow up visits were really great as well. I fully recommend these excellent Doctors!!
