I would not trust anyone but Lance Nelson when saying goodbye to a loved one. This if our fourth experience (elderly parents) and each were 5 star. Everything was taken care of to perfection, regardless of venue. We had two services and meals at the mortuary, one service at the church, and one graveside. Each one amazing.
Never in a million would I think I would have to find a Mortuary for my daughters, and frankly no one should. Having that overwhelming burden of losing not only one child but 2 is not easy, ever. Went to several places before coming to Nelson Family Mortuary and some were good, some were despicable, but when we got here we knew that our daughters would be treated with the utmost respect from their hair and makeup to tending to them before the service. With having to worry about a million other things, I knew my daughters were taken care of and watched after while in their care. I never want to have to recommend a mortuary, but if I ever had to this would be the choice. Lance and his staff were amazing, from showing the right amount of compassion to being extremely easy to contact to having the experience to make a funeral and graveside service run smoothly.
I would not have trusted anyone else with my late wife's funeral arrangements. Nelson Family Mortuary is extremely organized and they took all the stress out of everything. Their beautiful facility, professionalism and modern technology are amazing.
