I needed a family trust, but also needed help for my disabled daughter, whom I have guardianship of. I wanted to be sure my assets were kept safe for my children and grandchildren. Terrible lawyer. Was unprepared, did not provide/bring documentation I provided, and was late to court because he was doing something else in the courthouse. Judge had him stand and reprimanded him. Mediation was horrid. He just sat there and read a magazine. I should have seen the signs early on and cut my losses financially by firing him. Stay far away from this lawyer. If I had more energy I would he'd reported him to the bar.
