I was really nervous after reading all the reviews, however, I had a very good experience with talking to them. The lady who answered the phone and Scott, the attorney, were very nice. I'm assuming all the bad reviews are just people who are angry about being sued, but that's not the attorneys fault that they didn't pay their bills.

Shannon Lynn needs to find a different profession. She was absolutely the most unprofessional human I have ever worked with. To call her snide and uncouth is a compliment for this piece of work. Learn better manners and do better Shannon

These people are shady crooks. They acquired my debt , added an interest rate and then let it sit for 5 years then had my checks garnished three months before the debt becomes legally not collectable. Their tactics are shady and underhanded. No attempts to contact me at all. The receptionists and assistants are all blatantly rude and unhelpful as well as being un knowledgeable. If you have issues please file a report with the better business bureau and complain to the attorney general so that something actually happens to them as every review seems to be the exact same

Does anyone even answer the phones here? Been trying to reach someone for over 2 weeks now.

I tried to talk to a paralegal about getting a summons and I was calm and just trying to figure out what I need to do and she was right off the bat rude and condescending. I was even offering to pay a lower settlement to avoid court but she cut me off and said sorry I can't do that. So I guess I'm going to court to figure this out
