As someone who has been represented by other firms in the valley in the past, I have a keen sense of what are red flags: no updates, no communication, no follow up, no details. From the very beginning, they were very informative of the process and what involvement they would need and expect from me. Kristen was wonderful and so empathetic to me when I told her my struggles and concerns. Steve was also present in understanding my situation and needs. When I was working with Becca, she knew exact details and was constantly letting me know the status as things were either stagnant or forward moving. My case wasn't anything outrageous over millions and millions of dollars, where you usually see high award settlement tickers and updates on websites. It's easy to be fooled by that from websites when all these do is advertise who they care about the most. Do not be fooled by that glamour. However small my case may or may not have been, didn't matter because of how respectful and compassionate they were to me about my situation. I am in so much gratitude and could cry by how well they took care of me. I never had a problem getting in touch with the team. I always felt listened to and understood. I was not treated as a number. This team knew me like I was family in a way. Just even remembering key details of my personal life was sufficient enough to make me feel special. They remembered when I had suffered different things in my personal life and followed up on those situations that were totally outside of the case. I am a loyal client to Parker and McConkie for life. I hope I never need them, but if I do or if my loved ones need a firm to do right by their case, they are a speed dial away. Part of me even felt like they were a force to be reckoned with when I read reviews and paid attention to how the insurance company communications sounded like. They are the best of the very best. I know a lot of times I had felt upset about spending 33.3% when the firm seemed to be doing 0% work, but trust me, your money is going somewhere. It's going to a team that values people and does the right thing. Thank you Kristen, Becca, and Steven. I can finally be at peace again and move forward with my life.

I didn't have any experience working with a law firm before working with Parker and McConkie, but they certainly set the bar high for future experiences(hopefully I won't need it). I called 3-4 other law firms before I got the them asking for help with my case, all of them asked a few questions and said they couldn't help. Parker and McConkie took the time to really understand the case and accepted to represent me. It was very convenient that all paperwork could be done online so as an injured person didn't have to go to a physical location. During the whole process, Kristen made sure that treatment was going well and made sure to get the information from all medical offices I had to go so she could get the records. Kristen would check on me at least every month and would answer my questions real quickly. When I needed to meet with her (over phone calls) she would take the time to answer all my questions, not in a rushed manner, and very clear. During the negotiation phase with the other party, I was informed on progress and asked for my input. The firm and Kristen would provide advice and made sure that it was my decision to continue negotiating or to stop. Even until today that the case has been settled, Kristen has made sure to make the experience the most convenient for me. The firm worked very efficiently to get the most benefits for me and I'm happy with the result. My only feedback is regarding a fee. I would have preferred to have more clarity regarding the firm expenses fee. It was mentioned in the contract as a variable expense but then a was told that it is a standard fee. This doesn't change anything about the great experience I had. I mentioned it so you have something that you may consider.

Bronson and Becca were amazing to work with. They made this very difficult process easy to handle and got me a good settlement. I would recommend anyone looking for good representation after an accident to go with these guys. I have to say i wanted to write a professional review void of emotions on how great this law firm is and especially Stephanie Erickson but it's been a few weeks now and I realized that's impossible. When you're hurt and things you took for granted before, like walking, becomes so painful you don't want to do it, how can you not be emotional. You're hurt, your bills are out to get you and your life is altered. Enter these guys especially Stephanie. They did all the leg work for me when I hurt and was too depressed to do anything. I wouldn't have made it without them. I would add as a professional researcher, especially in legal records, Stephanie is the best. She didn't assume anything, if she didn't know she would get the answers from the lawyers and knew how to convey that information in a way anyone could understand. THAT IS a gem of a person right there. Many people are too embarrassed to say I don't know OR they wouldn't find out for you not Stephanie, nope, she worked hard, was honest, open and a great communicator. Whatever you guys are paying her I guarantee you it's not enough. Thank you for making a life changing event right. I would recommend this law firm in a second and in fact carry their card just on case someone might need help like me.
