We worked with Justin, who initially came across as friendly. However, our experience was disappointing. It felt like he was primarily interested in getting paid quickly--he prepared our trust paperwork, collected the fee, and then became unresponsive. After the documents were sent out, he did not return calls or make himself available to answer follow-up questions about the process. If Justin is a reflection of how this firm operates, we would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
