Erica, Chad and everyone in this office are great. They have taken care of dozens of my clients and all have been well cared for. (nine years ago review) Update, today we had another wonderful closing with Dody Shepperd. She is the best. Thanks for providing such great services for me and my clients throughout the years.

Erica is amazing to work with!! She is responsive with anything we need. Most items are time sensitive and we are never waiting on what we need from her. Her fees are low for the same great service. This is important to me since this saves my clients money. Her closings are fun, but still professional. She's also willing to meet in a location that best suits the client. Working with Erica just makes offering great customer service even easier.

I have closed many real estate transactions with Erica and she constantly goes the extra mile for me and my clients. Erica is an awesome closer. My clients and I were very impressed at how smooth and on the ball she was. We closed two transactions in one sitting without a problem.
