Used Dean Collinwood for the start of my divorce. Nice guy but never got me a temp order court date and let my EX run the show with post ponements for over a year with no support. I had to find someone more competent. They refused to give me my money back of the 6k deposit having only used 3k. I would not recommend this firm. Waste of my money and time. I never recovered the rest of my money. I just found out about the BAR and am going to report them to get my money back for services not rendered.

Not just an amazing law firm, but amazing people! Roger is very attentive to his clients and it is obvious he cares about their well being. I've never felt like a client. I can't say enough good things about Roger and his firm. I have been fighting a terrible divorce and custody battle across state lines for over six years. It has been very difficult to find anyone in Utah to offer anything other then the obligatory "I'm very sorry, I know this is tough but there is nothing we can do". Roger went above and beyond when my ex caused some legal issues for me here in Utah. He also gave me some great legal advice on how to proceed with things in a different state. I am finally getting some traction in my case in the other state, my legal issues have been solved without problems in Utah and I still have my sanity.
