Kim Pinkerton went above and beyond! My husband and I had a legal issue come up that his previous lawyer had failed to complete (I will not name him because I do not want to even promote his firm). We filled out the contact form online over the weekend. Never heard back after an automated email said we would be contacted back. So we called. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and snotty with me. I was looking for an attorney and that lady just lost that attorney a potential client. Not sure why the rudeness occurred, but I will take my business else where. There's no need to be rude to a potential client. If you're having a terrible day, don't go into work. It takes zero effort to be kind to someone.
