Second Chance Lawyer - Merryl Jones

My brother suffered from severe depression and was originally receiving SSDI. He tried to return to work but was unsuccessful in holding a job due to his severe mental health. He recently was diagnosed with kidney failure along with more health conditions where he could not maintain employment. He was no longer able to pay his medical bills, maintain a residence, or support himself. Out of frustration, wits end, and many doors shut in his face, he researched and connected with Merryl Jones for assistance. The detectives informed me that his body had been in decay for some time. I am SOOOO heart broken and my family are in tears because of this situation. All my brother was asking for was some help in order to live and maintain his health. Literally all doors were closed in his face. Recently I contacted Merryl Jones office to inform of his suicide with no response. I had to literally call twice with no avail. I finally spoke to Amanda and she stated she would return my call and as of today I have not received a call. I can only IMAGINE how my brother felt. Please don't let this happed to another client as my brother literally put his trust and faith in her office. Merryl Jones was his final attempt and cry for help. A SECOND CHANCE was all he wanted.

I was referred to Ms Jones by a gentleman who works for the county. We spent the better part of three hours talking and me sharing my history. She was so kind, and calm, and I felt ...hopeful. And then, we/I wait...and I was approved! I'm so grateful to Ms Jones, and a shout out for poor (lol) Amanda, who has patiently/calmly explained details about my case *multiple* times. Including this morning! Fun fact: During my interview with Ms Jones, I happened to notice a framed Bible verse hanging on the wall right over my head. Fear not. I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. I want to say Book of Jeremiah (?) I remarked on it (that's one of my favorite verses)and I said something along the lines of Oh that is perfect! Must help people feel encouraged. And she replied that it was to encourage/remind *her* that it's going to be fine. An arduous wait, and things are now, indeed, fine. *Better* than fine.
