I will give credit where it's due: when I closed my account with them, my deposit was returned quickly. The paralegal/legal assistants are also great. Otherwise, I had an awful experience. I'm going through a mess right now, entirely due to Steve and Chelsea's failure to advocate for me or communicate with me properly. Four months of my time gone. Money wasted. Now I'm stuck racing the clock to take care of something that should have been handled months ago. I'm very surprised by how things turned out. This seems like a reputable firm, and I'm sure they do good work then they have a mind to. I don't know what happened other than they couldn't admit they were too busy for my case. When I wasn't getting any substantial communication from them, I even gave them an easy out and let them know if they were too busy, to just let me know and I'd find other representation. They couldn't even respect me enough to do that. I'm sure they have their own perspective on things, but what I'm going through now due to their negligence is real. Maybe they do right by lots of other clients, but they truly let me down.
