I had a divorce case with Mr.Hernandez, which was hard to go through, but he made it a smooth process. Divorces are a challenging obstacle to overcome, but patience is the key. The Paralegal would keep us updated throughout my case. I would recommend the attorney to anyone.
These people have really been quite, quite negligent. When I started the case in July, I was going for an uncontested divorce, nothing complicated. Attorney "Jordan" informed me that the process, completed by mutual consent, would take up to three months in the worst cases, and today, October 3rd, my case is still not completed, and they still say "next week it will go to court," not to mention that they never gave me any updates. I had to personally call four times for them to tell me "we need certain information." If I didn't call, they would never contact me, because that's how it was. I think the service they provide is terrible, and it's not like they're "cheap lawyers" to justify it. I'll leave another update here. I don't recommend them.
Please, if you're looking for a lawyer. THERE IS NO STATE CONTRACT. And if by mistake you hire him when signing the contract, set a time limit for this lawyer, he's pathetic, I had a divorce with them. I gave them my information and called 3 times on different dates to ask if they needed any information and each time they said "NO, WE HAVE EVERYTHING." Then I called the 4th time and they told me they didn't have all the information. They are very unprofessional, all the weight falls on their secretary. I don't know if it's a family business, but I really don't recommend it. Not counting the time and they still haven't filed my case in court after 3 months and nothing.
